Access the LEARN course you want to embed media into. Add a new discussion topic or create a new section.
- Once you've added a new topic or created a new section, select the YuJa icon from the LEARN Atto Editor tool bar.
- When you click on the Atto Editor, the YuJa Media Chooser window will appear. Select the Choose Media option and make sure the media tab is highlighted.
Media can be stored in either your Media Library or shared folders. If your media is in your personal Media Library, you can select it directly from the list in the Media Chooser.
If you want to select multiple videos to showcase in your LEARN course, simply click on the video/s you wish to add from your media library. This will highlight the video/s in blue. Click on the Insert content button to add the media. If you have selected multiple videos, tick the 'Embed as dynamic playlist' button above the media and your playlist will be available in your LEARN course material.
If your media is in a shared folder, you will need to follow a few additional steps. Make sure you know what folder your media is stored in.
- Access the search function by typing a key word in the title or the full title. Click Search.
- If the media doesn’t appear automatically, you can search for it by clicking on the three lines to the left of the search bar.
- Make your selection (if using the shared folder, select video, all, and alphabetical), and then click Filter. The shared folders will pop up in a new window.
- Navigate on the black triangles to locate the folder containing the share media.
- Once you have found the folder containing the media, click Select to open a new window containing the share folders media. Make your selection and click Insert Content.
- The media will now appear in your course material.
