Recording from the browser studio offers limited functions but does not require downloading a separate app. You need to have good internet network connections.
- Sign in to your YuJa account using your Single-Sign-On
- Select the Create Recording button at the top of the screen
- Make sure the drop-down box is set to Record with Browser Capture Studio
- Enter a title for the recording and click Start for launch
- Configure the Browser Capture Options

- Recording Options: Choose to record a camera, screen, or both, internal audio recording can be enabled or disabled
- Advanced screen options: Choose to record your screen at 15 or 30 frames per second. A higher framerate will result in smoother screen recordings.
- Audio: Select the audio source
- Video: Select the video source
- Advanced video options: Based on your webcam’s specifications, you can select various webcam qualities
- When ready to record, click Start Recording
- Once the recording is completed, click End Recording
- Choose to Download, Upload, or Discard the recording. Use the camera and screen icons on the upper-right corner of the preview UI (User Interface) to swap between source previews.
- Upon successful upload, the UI will show two completed bars.
- If there’s ever an issue during the upload process, a Retry button will appear to attempt uploading again.
