The video editor

YuJa offers fully integrated video editing. The Video Editor is non-destructive, meaning your edited video can be saved as a new file without damage to the original video.

To edit your YuJa video recording, follow these steps:

  • Login to your YuJa account and select Manage Media.
  • Locate the video you want to edit and click on the Edit button:

 

  • YuJa will open the Video Editor interface. You can trim, split, merge, add captions, annotations, and more here.

Cut

Remove unwanted content from any point in your video

Undo and remove your editing changes one-by-one

Retrieve an edit after you clicked undo

Insert Slide or Image

Replace a portion of your video with a single PowerPoint Slide or another file such as a .DOCX

  • Once you have made all the necessary edits, click Save to apply the changes to your video:

  • YuJa will process the video with the edits you made. It may take some time depending on the video’s size and the edits’ complexity. DO NOT close your browser or disconnect from the Internet until the edited video has been fully uploaded.
     
  • Once the video editing process is complete, you can preview and download the edited video from your YuJa account.
