Using the library on campus

All our libraries offer a range of study spaces and casual seating and are equipped with computers, printers and other equipment for student use. Use the library for research, studying solo or in groups, quiet reading, or simply relaxing between classes.  Free wi-fi is available at all campuses for TAFE SA students.

Computers

Sign in with your network login (see Logging in for details).  Ask our staff if you have trouble logging in, or encounter other computer problems.

Study rooms

These are available for individual or small group work at some campuses.  See our bookings page for details.

Do I have to be quiet in the library?

No. Modern libraries are busy environments with many more activities taking place than just silent reading.  In TAFE SA, libraries are often used for group work and small classes, so a certain level of noise is ok.  However, we do ask you to be respectful of other users.

Some campuses have designated quiet study areas so you can work undisturbed if you need.

We are here to help you - ask at the library counter or approach any staff member you see with a TAFE SA badge:
