It is sometimes difficult to find bibliographic data on a website.
A website usually does not have an entry in a bibliography. However if referred to many times, or if important to your argument, a website citation may be included in your bibliography.
Format for a note:
4. "Title of Page," (comma, in double quotations) site owner, (comma) Date published / modified / accessed, (comma) URL. (full stop)
If the author is known, this is placed first: first name followed by family name.
Format for a bibliography:
Author's family name, (comma) Given name/s. (full stop) "Title." (Full stop, in double quotations) Site owner/sponsor. (full stop) Date published / modified / accessed. (full stop) URL. (full stop)
