Awake explores the world of caffeine; everything from science, to health, to history. Caffeine is an addictive substance that can have both negative and beneficial qualities. We decided to explore the addiction by asking 5 Colorado State University students to quit caffeine for 1 month and see what happened. 
As the first place winner at the Broadcast Education Association in the student documentary category, this will surely give you a buzz in the world of caffeine.
